Michael brings over 20 years of experience in food and beverage management to our establishment. His impressive resume includes notable local engagements such as The Boerne Wine Company, Cordillera Ranch, and most recently, Vine in the Village.
Additionally, his extensive experience in the wholesale industry with Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits adds to his robust knowledge base. Michael also holds several certifications in wine, spirits, and sake, further enhancing his expertise and ability to provide a superior experience to our members.
What truly sets Michael apart is his passion for wine and spirits, coupled with his charm and wit. These qualities make him the perfect fit to enhance the overall experience we strive to offer our members and guests.
Michael Sturlin- General Manager
Culo Ardiente- Mezcal with Serrano, habanero simple syrup and lime juice to create a beautiful burning sensation.
Lavender Collins- Fresh lavender muddled in lemon juice, lavender syrup and Empress 1908 Gin topped with Topo Chico and crushed ice
Sotol Sour- Desert door Sotol with fresh egg white, lemon juice and sugar topped with a dash of angostura bitters for a twist on a classic.
The Oak Dirty Martini- Tito’s Vodka with Turkish pepper olives shaken to perfection making a truly unique martini. And if you’re brave, eat the olive.
The Oak Margarita- Casamigos Reposado tequila with lime juice, cointreau, splash of hand squeezed orange juice and habanero salt.
In addition to the aforementioned drinks we also have boutique wines by the glass and specialize in the best bourbon, scotch, tequila, mezcal and rotating speciality drinks. And if non-alcoholic drinks are your thing we have a great selection of 0% beer and crafted mocktails. You'll never get bored with what we have to offer.
All premium spirits are available in a 1, 2, and 3 oz pours.
Wines are available in 6 oz pours or by the bottle.
