Michael brings over 20 years of experience in food and beverage management to our establishment. His impressive resume includes notable local engagements such as The Boerne Wine Company, Cordillera Ranch, and most recently, Vine in the Village.
Additionally, his extensive experience in the wholesale industry with Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits adds to his robust knowledge base. Michael also holds several certifications in wine, spirits, and sake, further enhancing his expertise and ability to provide a superior experience to our members.
