Membership Process

Step 1: Visit and Explore

​

At The Oak, we believe in fostering a community of individuals who genuinely appreciate what we offer. Before beginning the membership process, we invite you to experience our club firsthand.

 

Visit with a Guest or On Your Own
If you have a connection with a current member, join them as their guest to explore what makes The Oak unique. If you don’t know a member, no problem! We warmly welcome you to visit on your own. Feel free to bring along a spouse or a friend to share the experience.

 

Immerse Yourself in The Oak
Spend an afternoon or evening enjoying the atmosphere, amenities, and offerings. To ensure a personalized experience, we recommend calling or emailing us ahead of time to schedule a tour. While drop-ins are also welcome, scheduling ensures we can provide the time and attention your visit deserves. Please take a moment and  register to learn more.

Step 2: Apply for Membership

​

If your visit leaves you inspired and excited to join our community, we encourage you to apply for membership. Each application is carefully reviewed by our membership committee to ensure a mutual fit. If approved, you’ll receive a formal invitation to become part of The Oak. Apply Here

Step 3: Membership Confirmation

​

Once your application is accepted, you’ll receive an invoice for your membership subscription. Payment is required within 10 days of receiving the invoice. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe may result in your acceptance being reconsidered.​​​​​

Membership Levels

Social Membership

  • 1 named member, plus 1 named person per household

  • Unlimited guests.

 

Add Private Cigar Locker

  • Store Cigars and wine in our tempature-controlled humidor

  • Preferred stick and box pricing, with savings up to 25%, plus access to limited releases.

 

Add Private Liquor Locker

  • Approximately 50% off club bottle pricing, including access to allocated selections.


Wine and liquor storage, carefully managed by The Oak staff.

Corporate Membership

  • 4 named members, plus 1 named person per household

  • Unlimited guests

  • Includes 1 cigar locker

  • Includes 1 liquor locker
    Includes 1 six hour club buyout ($3500 private event credit)
